Our quality guarantee

This phase allows us to inform participants about the objectives, the training programme, and the skills covered. It is an opportunity for us to get to know the participants, to find out about their career in the company, their background, and their training needs and objectives.
Self-assessment forms help identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Analysis of these elements enable us to adjust the programme as defined “on paper” to the specific context of the team and to adapt the role-playing exercises, serious games, and practical scenarios.
Methods for validating learning
The objective of the capsules is to get your teams ready for a new learning experience. They aim to stimulate curiosity, allow trainees to self-diagnose on certain subjects, to surprise, and to anticipate sharing theoretical knowledge and information that will be used during the training. What’s the idea? To make your teams want to come to the training session!
Quiz to test understanding at the end of the trainingAt the end of the training, participants are offered quizzes to assess what they have learned and acquired during the training.
On-the-spot evaluation
At the end of the training programme, participants fill in an evaluation questionnaire which, in line with the Kirkpatrick® model, covers both the substance and the form of the training.
Micro-learning capsules between sessions and after training
We want the lessons learned during the training to be embedded in the long term.
Our capsules facilitate the long-term acquisition of knowledge and encourage your teams to put it into practice, encouraging the development of the new skill.
Post-training evaluation
Three or four months after the end of the training, we offer another evaluation of the programme, this time measuring changes observed by the participants and managers following implementation on the ground.
Our approach towards continuous improvement draws on these indicators to develop operational quality which is adapted to the issues you face.QUALITY INDICATOR
