Our training approach
Our training approach is essentially based on using experimentation and practice as the foundation for learning. This enables participants to take the distance needed to transpose the lessons they have learned to their operational work.
Are you planning to launch an awareness raising, support or training programme?
With MLS® My Learning Store, exercises and case studies are contextualised in line with our expertise and your company’s expectations, and are based on situations that the trainees encounter in their work.
Our training methods prioritise Stop&Go situation coaching, which accelerates the development of skills.
Training methods
- Extranet platform and e-learning sequence before, during, and after the training session.
- Training support documents.
- Practical examples and permanent Stop&Go coaching.
