Who am I?
The founder
In 2005, in my role as manager, I had to train my teams of consultants in sales and customer relations. And that was when I stumbled down the rabbit-hole of training!
Gradually, as I was still learning how to lead training sessions, I began to understand what we mean when we talk about soft skills! I became acutely aware that whatever the theme I was training my teams on, the trainer made all the difference.
Everything boils down to soft skills!
Since then, my experience in training and training development has convinced me that no sales technique, no management interview model is enough to guarantee success. Success only happens when we are aligned with our values, when we focus on the relationship with the other person from a win-win perspective.
Relational intelligence, curiosity towards other people and other things, adaptability, and relational flexibility, the desire to learn and constantly progress, the passion that we harness and put into action: for me, these are the key ingredients to any success. Bring all that into a training session and you’ll understand what I’m all about.
Our training programmes are designed around these ingredients, this focus on the other person, regardless of the context. At the end of the day, who am I? My clients say I am a passionate and engaging expert, a dynamic and positive person who is kind and a good listener, with a sparkling, creative personality.
